Medium trail day (6 mile) with 853’ of elevation and 20oz water bottle mixed with 2 scoops of Athlicore. It provided a steady and smooth supply of energy especially late into the hike when trail kicked up. Also a very unique flavor that I enjoyed and a product I would highly recommend to others.
